Maven Design and Planning is a Cambridgeshire-based planning and architectural design studio specializing in new build houses, residential extensions, and planning applications. Our team is committed to guiding homeowners and small developers from the initial idea to planning approval, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
As a practice, we primarily operate within the residential sector, working with private clients on a wide variety of projects. These include new-build homes, extensions of all scales, internal alterations, refurbishments, remodelling works, conservation projects, and barn conversions. All designs are developed in close collaboration with our clients and are produced using both 2D and 3D design software to ensure clarity and satisfaction throughout the process.Our services are provided on a fee basis, with costs carefully tailored to reflect the scale and complexity of each project. Fees are agreed at the outset and can be structured either as a fixed lump sum or on a flexible sliding scale to suit individual client needs and budgets. Initial site visits and project appraisals are offered free of charge, and all quotations are clearly itemised by work stage, allowing clients to select only the services that best meet their requirements.We are proud to have an established and loyal client base, with a significant proportion of our work coming from repeat clients and referrals.
